GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-colin: Random server downtime, terrible control panel interface. When you try to cancel, you are forced to call them. I was on hold for over an hour, and it wasn't even resolved until a second phone call and Twitter DM later the next day.
