GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AOL customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~dtownse1: I called because the computer said my license for AOL was not good. I did get an agent who talked me into upgrading to the best and most expensive solution for AOL. They even gave me a VIP TELEPHONE NUMBER.**I have * problems. I had to call back a second time to actually have my problem fixed. This would not be so bad if they had given me the VIP Code number I was supposed to get by raising my rate to over $** a month. **I continue to have problems but I refuse to wait another ** or so minutes to fix my computer. The last time Tech Help Me took my computer over for a total of * days (** hour days.)**So I get up this morning thinking I will upgrade some of the programs I am entitled to. Immediately, a change was made which made a message come up on Uverse television saying I had made changes and my Uverse would go off in * hours.**SOMEBODY needs to chat with me and give me my VIP CODE. i REFUSE TO WAIT ANOTHER ** MINUTES.
