~Steve: Repeatedly loss the connection (and I am supposedly in an excellent service area) trying to address the issue with customer service who put you through an exercise that results in nothing...except being able to * out of ten times make a call without the dreaded "no service" message popping up....(even when standing in the middle of Main Street), PS....I guarantee you you do not want to hear about the other * hours of dialog....starting with a sales person who guaranteed a their sim card would work in my old phone....nor the voice quality.

~Steve: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Steve: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Go Phone's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Steve: For that I would say three out of five.
