GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T U-Verse customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-kkros12: If I could rate with a negative star, I would. Never complained about a company til now. I had an internet issue, was advised I should upgrade to U-Verse. Worst decision ever!!! They rolled in my landline and switched to VOIP without my knowledge*consent. Then when switching back, they did not connect my alarm and disconnected my VM. I've spent * hours and * different contacts today trying to get resolved without any resolution. And now my phone is suddenly off (due to conflict of line in use) and no one seems to know how*why that happened and cannot fix for *-* days. DO NOT USE UVERSE!!!
