~Etsy Ketsy: Random ATT Uverse technician was on my street on Memorial Day checking connections and boxes. I mention a downed cable wire and a sagging phone line caused by high winds a few days previous. In no time he grabbed his ladder, cut the old line and detached it from my house and then raised and tightened the phone line to my house. Great servce, great attitude and super nice guy. Bravo!
