GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-martybl: I purchased an AT&T Charge-Sync Cable for my iPhone at an AT&T Store in East Windsor, NJ. It failed shortly thereafter. I went to exchange it for a new cable at the AT&T Store in Port Charlotte, FL, but was told they could not exchange it because the store in East Windsor was an AT&T retailer, not an AT&T owned store. There was no indication of that anywhere on the East Windsor store. I bought it with the expectation that AT&T stood behind AT&T products. I am, to say the least, very disappointed as a very long-term AT&T customer about to replace my wife's iPhone, but it will be done at an Apple Store, not at an AT&T retailer or AT&T owned store. I am very disappointed in AT&T.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Wireless problem?
GetHuman-martybl: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-martybl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-martybl: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T Wireless customers?
