GetHuman-289800: Called *** to open a case re data overage charge. Called **** to get status and was told that case was opened improperly so would need to reopen another case and wait another ** days! This means my daughter still does not have a working phone. I asked why I wasn't notified and got no response. Their people are not well-trained and their customer service is the worst.
