~Swisstoons: As part of an emachine class action settlement, I received a $*** certificate toward any emachine*gateway*acer product(s). One of the products I chose was a refurbed monitor. There's supposed to be a limited warranty. But entering the serial number only gets me a msg that the thing is out of warranty! A garbage product from a garbage company which can't even make available a HUMAN BEING I can explain this to. Never will I buy another product from any of the three companies mentioned above. And if you have any sense, you won't either.

~Swisstoons: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Swisstoons: For that I would say three out of five.
