~happycamper: i was in your elmgrove wv location store to purchase truck parts and i wanted to tell you about the young man that waited on me. his name was brandon and he started off with a smile and a very nice hello and may i help you. then i told him what i thought i needed for my truck and he helped me get all the items that i needed always being so kind to me. i rarely see customer service like this in any store, but he made me see that there are still young men that really enjoy their job and with dealing with the customer. i just wanted to let you know that i will come back to advance auto on **** national rd. and i will ask for this young man brandon to get my items for me because this young man attitude would brighten anyones day. i know you usually gets complaints about workers but i like to write when a worker has gone beyond their self to help a customer. thank you for listening to me and as i said i will be back to that store again.
