GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-mizzlad: As another reviewer stated, I too purchased items from aeropostale online, and I found out the items were shipped to a wrong address. I called aeropstale, and they told me they would reship my items on express shipping. I've yet to receive my new tracking number, and its the next day! I also called UPS to complain because I thought the mistake was on their end! Come to find out, Ups just picks up the package and scans it. Aeropostale puts the shipping labels on the package. That's why they didn't hassel me about my order. If I don't receive a new tracking number by the end of the day. I will call and try to get a refund. Trying to get a live customer service representative is a joke too! You have to go through so much robotic animated voice choices, it's dam near impossible and frustrating! I will NEVER order from this company again. Especially since I found out. I am not the only customer of theirs this has happened too! How pathetic!!
