GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Allegiant customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DC: We were flying out of Bellingham to Las Vegas on December **th **** - our flight was to have taken off at **:**pm about ** minutes past the planes expected arrival time, it finally arrived at which point it was determined that a problem existed with the plane. We were advised we would need to wait for a new plane. This did not happen and the terminal staff announced that due to a weight distribution problem ** people would have to wait for a later flight. In compensation for this, we were offered a $***.** * passenger voucher toward future Allegiant flights. We received a food voucher but nothing with documentation of the voucher. Upon returning home, I contacted Allegiant by both phone and email about obtaining the voucher. Weeks and then months passed with no response so I contacted Allegiant once again as we were planning another trip and thought the voucher could save us a few dollars. ** I was advised that the voucher would need to be verified and that it might take a da
