~Ethan: Had to call to get the title for my grandmother's car after setting up a sale. First I was given the wrong information on how to proceed and told that the title would be sent. It was not. Then we paid the car off with savings after being told they would send the title immediately. That was also a lie, it would take ** days, then another *-* in the mail. We lost the sale because of the delay, could not get anyone to connect us to a supervisor, and are now out almost $**,*** while looking for a new buyer. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I've now had to explore possibilities of a lawsuit.
