GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-markst: My account has been placed on hold for months now since they claimed that my billing details don't match my shipping address even though it does. They are now requesting me to tell my card issuer which is synchrony bank of the amazon store card to fax my details to Amazons secure fax line. However, upon speaking with a Sync Bank support rep. i was told that is not possible for it is strictly against their security polices. i find it hard believe that they are unable to coordinate with each other seeing as how Sync Bank is the issuer of the AMAZON STORE CARD, which if i may add, is only accepted at AMAZON.com

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-markst: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-markst: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-markst: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
