~willroa2015: Good morning, I am very displeased on the treatment I received from a representative through reservation call center. My call originated from phone number (***)***-**** at **:** am cst. My main issue is I had previously spoken to a representative to uncheck me in so I could be given the option to upgrade to first class. I had already upgraded and paid **.** dollars from my flight from Bismarck nd to Dallas Texas. On March ** ****. Now when the representative unchecked me in being I wanted the option to upgrade to first class from Dallas to mcallen she voided my selection from Bismarck Nd to Dallas TX. She then told me in In a rude way "this is why we tell you people to go to aa.com before doing this" I apoligized and told her I was not aware of the process. She then said anything else I kindly kept my composure and requested a supervisor. She then told me hold and transfered my call back to the automated system. After ranking up ***** miles within * months, and choosing American Airli
