GetHuman-225098: I'm following instructions. Read Help Center. There is no info on how to reach live chat. I found this page through google. There is not an email address at the bottom of the second support page. I would like to buy a year's subscription, but I'm fast losing patience with your system. Please tell me what my password is? It's encoded, so I can't see if I made a mistake as I typed it in.
