~Boopsie: I sat on hold for ** minutes with the main Amtrak number and hung up in frustration and discomfort. i am disabled and calling is THE only way to reserve on Amtrak-the discunt to which I am entitled is not available on the web. I reached anagent in seconds. he was courtei, professional and we booked thectrip with our discount n a matter of minutes. What gives? I will be calling cust service about this* let them explain why they make it so difficult for disabled travelers to use Amtrak's system. Oh yeah-I already tried "julie" the auto system. She didn't have info in disabled discounts either.
