~sunny: Thanks to gethuman.com. I waited * hours on average for * days but couldnot get to anthem. I made various calls through gethuman from *:**am to *:**pm to anthem. I got connected to different departments (operator, billing, claims) and when i asked for different department, i'm on hold AGAIN, which i disconnected and made another call through gethuman. At last after many calls i got connected and my problem solved. The best thing is I donot need to hold my phone just made sure my laptop doesnt go to sleep. But i felt this is the best option when the customer service is as worst as anthem.
