~connie: needed extension on bill, told with my history i could not receive an extension, then saw on my bill i was charged a ***.** deposit, was told because of my history i was charged another deposit. how many times has this happened to me and others. waiting at this time for supervisor of company to call so i can beg for an extension to pay on ******* and today is *******, turn off on *******.
