~BubblesDMH: After the horrible experience with Irene at Asurion I spoke to the Supervisor Steven who was nothing short of amazing! While Irene did not help me in the least and gave me an attitude - Steven allowed me to explain the situation and understood why there may have been a flag on the account due to replacement of * phones in a short amount of time. He stated that he would send out a new phone and we would receive it tomorrow and was very courteous and professional. STEVEN is AMAZING! Thank you!
