~Madashell: I have filed a claim * times for the same phone that was lost in December. Instead of telling you what the problem is with your claim and allowing you to fix it by providing more documentation, they deny it. The form letter that tells you about the denial comes about * weeks later, so you never know what is going on until then. And the deductible is not a deal. I feel like I've been scammed and I will NEVER buy this insurance again. EVER! I'll just buy a new phone myself. It is stupid and ridiculous. I am filing a Better Business Bureau complaint and any other complaint that I can. What a ripoff!
