~NJGREEN: READ THIS ONE ! WHAT A JOKE ! DISHONEST HARD SELL my paid subscription kept warning the expiration was near. **-* telephone support offered seemed perfect, so I called support for solution HARD SELL is putting it lightly! ! Kept telling me he would put me with someone, needed credit card *. KEPT BEATING AROUND THE BUSH when I asked why I need to give card * for already paid subscription Said he needed to VERIFY the card ???? INSISTED it was my operating system interfering with program - something like $** a month or $*** year, they'd solve the problem IT WAS ALL ABOUT TRYING TO SELL ME TECH SUPPORT - for setting up the software I purchased from them!!! Anyway, I hung-up. End result is that I realized I had not entered*activated the license. LIAR I hope virus protection is effective! NJGREEN**-NJ@yahoo.com
