~PAT: I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY NOOK, IT DO NOT HOLD A CHARGE, I WAS SENT A REFURBISHED NOOK, IT IS DOING THE SAME THING, I HAVE CALLED AND SPOKE TO SEVERAL PEOPLE CONCERNING THIS MATTER, I WAS TRANSFERRED * TIMES ON THIS NUMBER, I FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO WAS OFF SHORE, THE CALL WAS HORRIBLE, THE PERSON DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH, THEY COULD HEAR ME AND I COULD NOT HEAR THEM,HE TOLD ME I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM A MANAGER, AT THIS POINT I DO NOT CARE I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY..
