~briandsmia: I called, wanting to know what the warranty terms were for a ** volt lithium battery for their **v Lithium sweeper vac that is * year, * days old. I couldn't get a straight answer what the criteria was to replace or not replace. The customer service person didn't understand even after I went through the possible scenarios and asked what would constitute wear and tear. Black & Decker failed on this one.
