~Anonymous: Blizzard's already awful customer service has reached a new low. It is impossible to contact any employee of this company now, as the canned telephone message is unhelpful, disconnects the second that the recorded message ends, and the Blizzard*battle.net website is completely down and non-responsive.*Thank you, Blizzard, for making my decision to end my subscription so very easy.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Blizzard's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~Anonymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Blizzard to know who you are.
