BOTH OF MY MOMS SURGERIES - HAVE NOW BEEN CANCELLED, BECAUSE NO ONE AT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD WILL TAKE THE TIME TO HELP FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE TAKEN EACH MONTH W* NO PROBLEM....FUNNY HOW THAT WORKS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR INSURANCE - BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE PAPERWORK RIGHT. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MORONS. THANK YOU BCBS FOR MAKING MY MOM'S LIFE PAINFULLY DIFFICULT.
