GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's BlueAnt Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~unhappycustomer: The problem with this company is they don't honor their *-year warranty! Or, at least haven't as of yet. In the past three months, I've spoken with * customer service reps, all of whom have told me they would send out my replacement BlueAnt Q* bluetooth headset within a few days. All of whom did not do what they said they would! The last person I spoke with, Chris, actually tried to blame the computers for my previous rep's (Liz) lack of response to my *nd and *rd emails.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting BlueAnt Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a BlueAnt Wireless problem?
~unhappycustomer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unhappycustomer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BlueAnt Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappycustomer: For that I would say four out of five.
