GetHuman-286812: My first call I was put on hold for ** minutes, and I was transferred to a disconnected number. My second call the representative did not want to give me my policy information. The rep did not have any issues disclosing it to a third party. The rep did originally deny me the info after I verified my SSN and DOB.
