~dave: System put me on Hold * hour then told me "We are experiencing high call col." and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Been Trying to call for several days. cannot reach anyone. the local office said the mandatory actions unit is the only dept. that can purge old ticket violations yet it is impossible to do so! also the CA DMV reports a violation on my *yr MVR report that is from * years ago!
