GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Care.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.

GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-ellishi: HIDDEN CHARGES!! USE A DIFFERENT NANNYING SERVICE that respects you!!! This one is a bloodsucking money-hungry scam! They exploit their users' financial privacy, and they knowingly and carefully orchestrate a system of miscommunication (starting with the free false advertisements), through their overly simple and unusable website and defensive prerecorded customer service. They obviously know cancellations are on the horizon and they deter this as much as possible, so don't even sign up at all! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, wish I could get all my money back from the last * months!

GetHuman-ellishi: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ellishi: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-ellishi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care.com to know who you are.
