~anon: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! it has been * days since we placed a ticket for a service call and they have yet to call us! i've been calling everyday since then multiple times and even spoke to the manager who assured me * hours ago we'd be placed on high priority for a call back and it still no call to set up a scehdule. really? * days JUST to SET-UP a schedule?!!? don't even know when they will be able to make it out this is just ridiculous!
