GetHuman-185516: trying to refi, first they said I needed proof of insurance, which I faxed then * seperate times from March through May to * different people and departments, then they told escrow company I needed $**** for flood insurance, NOT, then they told me they paid a tax lein of $***.** for water and sewer, actual lein was $**.**. They are a nightmare and should be investigated
