GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Choxi customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~scraye: I have been battling with them to get my refund for well over a month now. They told me that they only received * item when I had actually returned *, then after clearing that issue up (so I thought,silly me) I waited more than the *-* business days that it takes to credit back to my card and still NO refund. I then find out after calling a month after still not receiving the refund, they gave me an in-store credit which was wrong (before purchasing this item i triple checked that if i needed to return it it was an item that was eligible for a refund not a store credit as I read lots of complaints about that) plus I have the emails to prove they screwed up. I called today and the customer rep "fixed" the issue and I am supposed to be refunded the full amount back to my card in *-* business days. We'll see about that even though she reassured me this time I would get my refund. Wish me luck and NO,I will not buy from them again.

~scraye: For that I would say five out of five.

~scraye: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
