GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Classmates.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~eejs: Had to search extensively for a phone number for Classmates.com - none on website (now Memory Lane). They automatically charged my AMEX for $**.** (from an authorization in ****) for a * yr renewal. At first I was told this was nonrefundable. When I complained I was told I would receive a credit for $** & change - the remaining balance from Jan **,****. I called on Jan ** when I saw the charge on my AMEX. Website is useless. Whole operation is useless and the MOST annoying of any I have used. Good riddance!!!
