GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Clear customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mrfixit: OMG, could not of had poorer service. Trying to cancel service. They offered my a $***.** refund because of the poor mobile modem service. They called me back two days later to tell me that I did not qualify for the refund because I did not use the modem enough. *yes, really!* I explained to the rep that I did not use the service very much because it does not work. I was able to use the mobile modem in about **% of the locations I needed to. He stated that if I wanted a refund I needed to talk with customer service. I mentioned that customer service was the department that offered the refund. I was then transfered to a script reading moron in CS. She stated that my service is not cancelled, I never ordered it cancelled. I advivised her that I did cancell that service two days earlier & they send me a mailing label to return the modem. She said that they have no control over who they send labels too & it was a mistake. I mentioned that if I did not cancel my service why did

~mrfixit: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Clear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mrfixit: For that I would say two out of five.

~mrfixit: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Clear to know who you are.
