~Lindaru: I had to yell into the telephone to get the automated operator to hear me at all and then they could not seem to understand despite my enunciating as well as I could (I have very few teeth so have a speech impediment). It would be nice if we were given an option to speak to a human who could understand me.

~Lindaru: For that I would say five out of five.
