GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CompuServe customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-386386: Over the years we have had CompuServe I would say over *,*** times we have gotten their sign saying CompuServe has encounter a problem you may lose what you are working on. I have lost many productive hours re-doing a job lost buy the poor service of compuserve and their continual shut downs. I am droping their service as I just can't afford their shade tree opperation and pitiful service! The biggest problem is as a service provider I think they stink, but in the lip service department they can't be beat.

GetHuman-386386: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-386386: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CompuServe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-386386: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CompuServe customers?
GetHuman-386386: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CompuServe to know who you are.
