~john: Over-seas call line...Gave the man my information and was rude the whole time. Needed to speak to a manager about how to be polite (no idea why he needed to speak to a manager)...because he was retarded I suppose. He asked for my order number and said it was not valid* I was looking right at it. Asked for my address next and said he found nothing. He talks to the manager next and all of a sudden he comes back on the line with my information. Item on backorder* no additional information. Thanks for not helping.
