~Leigh Ann: I a new returned defective computer after receiving a new one * months ago. I used the return label and carried it to the shipper. Now * months later I get a computer call asking for the shipping information. I've been a Dell customer ** years but now this. Why would they call * months later if they didn't get the defective computer...I didn't want it it was brand new and the screen was going bad!!!!!!!!
