~dental professional: I work for a dentist.I tried for an hour to speak to a human being. They do not offer a prompt for a live customer service rep. I had a patient to service and could not help him. Can usually TRICK their automated when calling re PPO or PPO * had no option other than to hang up and hope by writing here someone at Delta will make much needed changes to their customer service.
