~lynnzee: had to call twice plus no check list for documents.. have spent more time running back and forth to the main office.. not told need to visually verify my driver's license or other paper work needed... people and main office are not helpful... are under staffed and with no list of required documents you spend more time jumping through hoops with this new system... need to fix this system... also wasting time in sending a letter for each document missing instead of list . if had check list then person who faxes in documents can mark off what is there and what is still needed. FIX THE SYSTEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
