GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Dominion Virginia Power customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-296937: Each time I called VA Dominion Power, I was given a different answer, by a different representative, in a very noisy call center. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off three out of the five times. Despite being told one thing by an associate at the genesis of my contract with VADOM, I was today told by a supervisor, I'm sorry that's not actually our policy and there's nothing we can do about it - we're keeping your deposit. Brilliant customer service. Really, brilliant. I will never, EVER, have an account with this company again. I've actually cancelled and switched to another provider.
