~mcshawnboy: I listened to both the *** & this number prior, but didn't listen all the way to the end as I chose an earlier selection, but hit Zero to speak to an agent & she solved my violation telling me to pay .** toll & request first time violation courtesy waiver of the administrative fee & made a notation of my call to extend time to pay the tool!
