GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Traveler: In booking a package Las Vegas trip I had a $** cr. towards a package trip. The customer service rep told me that it only applied towards a hotel or plane, even when I told her it was for a package. Also, making the reservation took almost * hours and a number of searches by the time the girl put it in the price went up. Called customer service, they called back and apologized and said they could not do anything for credit. The credit could be extended to Aug. of ****. I have been with Expedia for * years and I am disappointed in someone not keeping their word.

GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Traveler: For that I would say one out of five.

~Traveler: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
