~Brad: I've used this number and strategy to get a human at least once or twice per day (i run a business and do A LOT of fedex shipping). Every time my wait has been less than a minute and I've been able to speak to a very helpful american almost instantly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FedEx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FedEx problem?
~Brad: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brad: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brad: For that I would say four out of five.
