~veryunhappycustomer@aol.com: My boyfriend ordered two different sets of flowers from me from ProFlowers (***$ a piece) for valentines day * weeks before the day. They go through FedEx for delivery. The first set were supposed to come the day before and the second on the day of valentines day. There was a snow storm so FedEx only sent the first ones out from CA and not the second ones so the flowers were then set to arrive the day after. They didn't (although the roads were completely and perfectly clear). So then they were supposed to arrive today on saturday. Mean while my boyfriend has been in contact with multiple FedEx customer service reps who keep telling him that its coming any minute now. SO NOW at *:** he calls them back because they also told him that they dont delivery tomorrow and that they also dont deliver past *. He then was told that the driver today stopped driving at *:**pm...... even though they deliver till *pm. Their reasoning was that he stopped due to bad weather ....... they skies are clear

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
