GetHuman-300807: TERRIBLE!!! I've missed them the first two times and I called for them to send it on a saturday. On saturday, Ive noticed the man get out the truck for * second, got back in and drove off. I didnt have time to run outside. SO they were going to send it tuesday. Ive taken classes off to wait and had my mother stay at home for me while i went to work. They didnt show up and when i called the rep, they said that the driver didnt honor my request. WTF??

GetHuman-300807: For that I would say one out of five.
