~I am patient… but was NOT tr: The poor representatives spoke with surety but they utterly wasted my time not only the ** minutes on the phone, but the * hours the * trips to their local where they declared my package was waiting, but it wasn't! Darn, I really expected better. It's not that they were in Mexico, it's that their information (and guesses?!) were just not true.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FedEx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FedEx problem?
~I am patient… but was NOT tr: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~I am patient… but was NOT tr: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
