GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-sauerde: The band on the fitbit charge is starting to peal away from the electrical display portion of the device. It is pealing on the left side near the button. It also looks like the band is "bubbling" on the left side just below the display. I'm guessing they will replace it with the alta, not good enough I want the charge *. I am on my *rd charge since june of ****, the other two have had similar issues. i am willing to pay the difference between the alta and the charge *.
