GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FreedomPop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-hdpage8: Disaster. Terrible service. First phone was defective. *nd phone would be *-* weeks for deliver so I bought my own online. After struggling for * weeks they finally told me they were not able to port my number. They were supposed to have sent mailing label for defective phone and didn't. So I told them I was going to mail it myself and expected to be reimbursed for that and they are telling me they can't reimburse me. They never got the phone to be able to send a text. Maybe in a few years they will get their act together.

GetHuman-hdpage8: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-hdpage8: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-hdpage8: For that I would say five out of five.
