~Atpguy: Called several numbers for Frontier and eventually settled on ***-***-**** and eventually got a human after a long list of options. The person told me that he didn't handle numbers in Pennsylvania and he transfered me to the apporpriate person. THat took and additional ** minutes and when I finally got a human, she told me the number is was calling about did not belong to Verizon! VERIZON!?! She then said, "Sorry about that" and she hung up!!! WTF!!! How the **** did I get transfered to Verizon from Frontier? This company should be fragged! It is that bad. WHy did I call in the first place? My wife had her business number with Frontier in PA and we've moved to NJ. Dispite everythig we tried, we could not get the number transfer to our new location. We canceled our Frontier and set up a forwarding number to be played when someone called her old number. The forwarding number is not being played. The recording says the number is disconnected. Period... We've been told b
